Class Information

Aero-Sculpt – All over body workout. Aerobic and toning work finishing with stretching and conditioning. The complete workout!

Legs, Bums, Tums & Arms – Working all those areas below the belt along with those hard to tone arms

Yogalates – An excellent way to de-stress and unwind whilst improving your core strength


Cheeky Monkey Dance – Rhythm and movement for children age 4 – 7 years old

Junior Street Dance – Learn dance moves to funky music for anyone aged 8 – 15 years old

Adult Street Dance – Learn dance moves to funky music for anyone aged 16 and over


Spin – Burn the calories & improve fitness in one go! Work at yours own intensity while cycling to motivating music.

Boxercise – Energetic class using all training systems involving punches and footwork to incorporate a motivating total body workout.


Fitball - work the whole body  including core stability while using Wellness balls.

Belly Dance – Take part in this fun class, learning belly dance moves... shake your body!

Martial Arts - An Academy which incorporates a mixed approach to martial arts, encompassing a cross between kickboxing and kung fu.

Classes run by Dee Roberts. Bookings may be made direct with Dee on 01234 404037 or via reception. All payments direct to Dee @ £4 per class or £35 for 10 sessions

All classes run by Sharnbrook Community Sports Centre staff are included in the membership or £2 for non members. Bookings taken at reception as limited.

Classes run by Natalie Nardone. Adults £4 per session or £3 for under 16’s (must be accompanied by an adult)

Family Badminton: A maximum of 3 siblings under 16’s per booking can play badminton for free! Limited to one court per booking. Must be supervised by a member over 16 years.
